The Kogi Journal of Management was established to provide a credible forum for the development and propagation of management theory and practice. Being a multidisciplinary journal, the journal welcomes contributions or articles from wide range of disciplines especially as they relate to issues of Management Sciences, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Politics, International Relations, Education, Arts and Humanities, Comparative Studies, Law e.t.c.
The Journal of Management publishes scholarly articles which are original in nature, make significant contribution to knowledge in diverse fields of human theory and or practice of management.
